HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Hotel Palace & SPA Management needs your cooperation in adhering to the following agreement between the guest and the Hotel Palace & SPA, which governs all the rooms the guest(s) may use:
Tariff
The hotel rate includes the service fee and all necessary government taxes, while meals and other amenities are provided at an additional fee. Please contact the Room Division Manager or Reception for your room tariff. You must fill out your guest registration form and sign it upon arrival before taking and being accommodated in your reserved accommodation.
Settlement of Bills
Bills must be paid in full at the time of presentation. Cash, debit, and credit cards are all acceptable means of payment. We do not take personal checks.
Check-in
An identity card, valid passport, or another acceptable form of identification is required for registration and check-in. Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide your ID card, passport, or temporary residence card. Visitors must produce personal documentation for hotel records as required by law. These documents will be copied or remain in the reception and returned to you when you leave.
Only those who have fully registered at the front desk will be able to stay at the hotel.
The hotel’s responsibility is to supply visitors with the accommodation category that they have requested. If the Hotel is unable to supply the room category requested by the guest upon confirmation, the guest must be offered a room of a higher category for the same price as the original accommodation.
Check-in time 14:00
Departure/ Check-out
When you check out, your departure time is also recorded. If you desire to keep your room after this time, please notify reception. The extension will be granted based on the availability of resources.
The guest will leave the room no later than 11:00 a.m. on the departure day if the accommodation time has not been agreed upon in advance. In the event of a late check-out, the price for the next night will be charged.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 5 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made within this time frame will result in a cost equivalent to the entire accommodation price being charged to your credit card.
No show
If you do not come on the scheduled day of your reservation, your room will be saved until the next day in case you are unexpectedly delayed and unable to notify us. If you do not come the next day, your reservation will be canceled, and the whole accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in our hotel. There are plenty of outside locations across the property where smoking is permitted. Where smoking happens within a guest room, a cleaning cost of 200euro will be charged.
Luggage Storage
The guest may store luggage in the luggage room, subject to availability of storage space, at the guest’s sole risk of loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for more than 30 days.
Guest’s Belongings
When going out or going to bed, guests are reminded to lock the door to their rooms. Electronic safety lockers are offered in the room for the convenience of the guest to store any valuables.
The Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Guest’s goods or other property from the hotel room, locker, or any other portion of the hotel for any reason, including theft.
Cash, jewelry, personal documents, and valuables must be kept in the safe in the guest’s hotel room or, subject to confirmation, in the safe at the reception desk.
Pets
Please don’t bring anything inside the hotel that might bother other guests. Pets, including animals and birds, are not permitted unless the hotel has given its prior approval. Pets are not permitted in the hotel restaurant due to sanitary concerns.
Damage to Property
The guest should notify the hotel reception about any damage immediately after it has been detected.
Any loss or damage to hotel property caused by the visitor, their guests, or anyone else for whom they are responsible will be held liable.
Management’s Rights
It is understood that the guest will behave in a polite manner and will not cause any bother or inconvenience within the hotel grounds.
The Management has the authority to require that any visitor remove his or her room or other areas of the hotel immediately, without prior notice and without assigning any cause, and the guest is obligated to comply. The Management has the right to remove the Guest’s bags and belongings from the room he or she is occupying in the event of a default.
Photographs and Videos
It is against the law to use images and videos shot in the hotel for business or public reasons unless there is an agreement for that, and payment. Those who do so will face legal consequences.
Group Reservations
If a group of ten or more people needs ten or more rooms, we ask for prior notice so that we can best help our guests with check-in. We prefer to individually greet every group member and give the best, most pleasant, and personal service possible. We appreciate the chance to provide advice on local activities, events, and entertainment to your group.
Privacy and Communication
If you contact us through email, fax, regular mail, or our website, you agree to enable us to contact you in the future, which may include promotional material about forthcoming events, special offers, or general information. We will never use your name or information for any other purpose, nor will we give it to any other party without your explicit consent or unless required by law. We will provide you with the option to unsubscribe from each message we send you.
Additional guests
Unless otherwise indicated, all pricing for accommodations and packages are based on double occupancy. For pricing for extra guests, please contact our Reservations Team.
No-Cooking
We place a high value on the safety of our customers, employees, and the facility as a whole. Food preparation in guest rooms with any sort of cooking device is forbidden, and there are fines for violating the rules.
Hotel Palace & SPA’s Lien on Guest’s Luggage and Belongings
If a guest fails to pay their dues, the management shall have the rights on their luggage and belongings and shall have the right to retain, sell, or auction such property at any time without notice to the guest. The net sale profits will be applied to the amount owed by the visitor, subject to the management’s right to pursue other recovery options.
Government rules and regulations and application of laws
All applicable acts and laws, as well as Government rules and regulations in force from time to time, are requested to be observed, adhere by, and be bound by.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, ALTER, OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS, OR RULES, ALL OF WHICH ARE PART AND ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
